Union Bonnet or Screwed Bonnet Connection.
Metal to metal or stellited seat for high pressure.
Steam threads rolled and hard plated and tip stellited / prevents galling and extends life.
2 parts stem tip arrangements.
Packing below actuating thread, non-rotating ensures bubble tight shut-off.
Variety of end connections include Male or Female threaded NPT, BSP, ISO, DIN and JIS tapered pipe ends.
One piece body, without welds.
Maximum Working Pressure :

10,000 PSI (400 bar) at 200oC. 20,000 PSI (700 bar) at 120oC.

Hex Bar stock Body construction.
Straight or Angle Pattern with Panel Mounting optional.
Metal to Metal or Stellited seats. Stem threads Rolled and hard plated and tie stellied (Vee Regulating one piece or non-regulating) or non-rotating ball tip optional.
2 piece Chevron packed offers zero leak, sealing over conventional packing design.
Variety of End connections include "FLOWTECH" single or twin ferrule tube fittings, Male or Female N. P. T. and I. S. O., DIN and JIS tapered pipe ends.

6000 PSI (400 bar) at 200oC. 10000 PSI (700 bar) at 120oC.

BALL VALVES

2-way on-off 3, 4 or 5 way Switching Models.
Heavy directional black fenolic handle or lever handle.
Blow-out proof bottom loaded stem. Low operating torque and with panel mounting facilities.
Series of end connections 1/4" to 1" NPT, BSP. Male or female threaded ends and 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" "FLOWTECH" single or twin ferrule tube fitting ends.
Floating Ball design for positive sealing.
Maximum Working Pressure :

6000 PSI (400 bar) at 20oC to 250oC with TFE Seat.
High Pressure Ball Valve with 10,000 PSI (700 Bar) are available with polyaman or KEF-F seats, for high pressure diversion. Very robust and easy to maintain.
