VALVE MANIFOLD |

Aditya Industries range of Manifolds offer a
safe and economical method of installation to control and measure
pressure of liquids and gaseous media. The are ruggedly manufactured
and precision machined to the most exacting dimensional tolerance to
ensure perfect installation and application.
Flowtech manifolds are functionally installed to control, measure,
isolate, equalize, calibrate, drain, vent or differentiate the
pressure of liquids and gasses. Flowtech manifold series offer
optional 2, 3, and 5 valves configurations which come in remote
mounting (pipe to pipe), direct mounting (pipe to flange, flange to
flange) on to the instrument on 2 1/8" (54 mm) center.

One piece forged body without welds.
Safety bonnet lock.
Stem threads rolled on hard plated.
Two part stem tip, stellited & hardened.
Packing below stem threads.
Safety back seating.
Stainless Steel Handle.
Material of Construction:
Stainless steel 316, 304 & Carbon Steel.
Optional Material like Monel, Inconel & Alloy 400 are available on
request.

2 VALVE MANIFOLDS |
|
2 valve manifolds pipe to pipe , Pipe
to Flange valves are designed for connecting system impulse line &
transmitters. These manifold consist of two valve configuration which
allows for easy isolation, calibration, block and bleed for gauges,
pressure switches and static pressure transmitting instruments. These
manifolds are rugged in construction to withstand high pressures and
temperatures. The manifolds are rated for pressures as high as 6000
PSI at 200oF or 4000 PSI at 500oF. with PTFE Packing. For a Higher
Temperatures Grafoil Packing is used. These valve manifolds combine
the functions of a tee, calibration valve, isolation valve and all
tubing and fittings into a single compact unit thus reducing number of
fittings and space required for installation. |

3 VALVE MANIFOLDS |
|
3 valve manifolds pipe to pipe, pipe to
flange and flange to flange designed for connecting system impulse
lines & transmitters. These manifolds consist of 1/2" NPT(F), pipe to
flange or flange to flange connections on 54mm (2 1/8") centers, and
of one equalizer valve, two block valves and 2 nos 1/4" NPT(F) purge
(VENT) connections. These manifolds are rugged in construction to
withstand high pressures and temperatures. The manifolds are rated for
pressures as high as 6000 PSI at 200oF or 4000 PSI at 500oF. with PTFE
Packing. For a Higher Temperatures Grafoil Packing is used. |

5 VALVE MANIFOLDS |
|
5 valve manifolds pipe to pipe, pipe to
flange and flange to flange designed for connecting system impulse
lines & transmitters. These manifolds consist of 1/2" NPT(F), pipe to
flange or flange to flange connections on 54mm (2 1/8") centers, and
of one equalizer valve, two block valves, one Bleed Valve and 2 nos
1/4" NPT(F) purge (VENT) connections.
These manifolds are rugged in construction to withstand high pressures
and temperatures. The manifolds are rated for pressures as high as
6000 psi at 200oF or 4000 psi at 500oF. with PTFE Packing. For a
Higher Temperatures Grafoil Packing is used. |
